* The dynamic expansion experienced by Vienna Insurance Group in previous years has created challenges with respect to optimal integration of Group companies and mutual support among the companies of the Group, which now consists of around 50 companies. In order to address these issues, the Managing Board receives assistance from the members of the Extended Executive Board. They provide advice to members of the Managing Board on important Group matters and their expertise is drawn on when decisions are made.
